Good day everyone, NBA anchored in southside of San Benedicto Island “Fondeadero/Canyon” 66 ft deep, 2.5 shots,
We arrived at the island today around 05:30 hrs, we started our day early in the morning with our check dive at 0700 hours which was great, wind from the NW of 05 kts., partly cloudy and calm seas, air temperature 21°C, water temperature 22°C, divers had more weight than necessary for the buoyancy in a few groups,
They enjoyed the dive #1 with some mantas, dolphins, lobsters, reef fishes, silkies, we are going to do 2 dives in the Boiler. The second dive of the day was good with more marine life, guests came out so happy after it, they could see Galapagos in the Boiler was fun with different types of giant manta rays, several hammerhead sharks, visibility was 15m, few current so far.
While around playing, a large splash on the surface of the sea caused by an apparently humpback whale deeper into the open sea, We will enjoy our taco night, and head to Roca Partida after the last dive.
