Captain’s Noon Reports – Under Sea – 2025-03-08

Anchored in 55Ft of water, is a windy day today, there are times when there is no wind that may last two minutes but then a gust of 20plus knots comes in, wind comes from different directions that make the boat to swing a lot thank goodness we have a good anchorage system.

Anyways this side of the island offers good sea conditions, almost flat and the boat feel good some o the guests kept asking me about out ETA because they were seasick.

Air temperature is 72F, ocean is 75F, visibility today is over 100Ft, current running to the east.
Check dive done from the dive platform almost all guests added weights we ran out of them literally speaking.

In that check dive they were able to interact with three mantas, a dolphin came by, tons of lobsters and the leather bass, this check dive delivered good stuff and guests liked it.

Second dive we went to the Canyon, the cleaning station was full of sharks they say the hammers are coming close, Galapagos, duskies, silkies and two mantas, one of the groups was extra lucky and saw a tiger shark., divers are happy so we are all happy.

The ashes falling from the volcano is overwhelming no matter how much cleaning you do it looks like you have not done enough we just keep washing.

Cloudy skies for the most part. Guests and crew doing good
