Captain’s Noon Reports – San Ignacio – 2025-03-22

Good evening,

I’d like to report on what happened today at camp.

This morning, activities continued as usual. The groups arriving by land arrived on time, and they were able to enjoy their scheduled whale watching.

Guides reported having friendly whale sightings in the morning. However, in the afternoon, although they were able to see some whales in the distance, none approached, and guests asked to return to camp earlier.

A group of 12 people were taken to the turtle camp, where they were able to release three turtles. We received very positive feedback from guests about this activity. The rest of the day went normally. There were no complaints from guests, only positive comments. They remain optimistic about the whale interactions.
