Captain’s Noon Reports – Belle Amie – 2025-04-04

Good day everyone NBA, reporting from southside of San Benedicto Island, El Cañon, we arrived at the island around 0200 hrs and dropped the anchor at Fondeadero for our check out dive today, there is another boat with us “Quino Guardian” and we are sharing the dive site, they go first.

The weather condition today is good in this shelter area of the Island, winds from NW are 10-15 kts and a 2-4 Swell coming from the same direction, the sky during the first dive was completely cloudy 8/8, but during our second dive it went clear out.

At the first dive the guests enjoyed lots of dolphins, mantas, hammerheads, Galapagos, silkies, silver tips, all this only in the check dive, the second one was the same, but without the dolphins.

The guests are doing well, and the crew is working well, after the 4th dive we will enjoy taco night and move out to Socorro Island.
