NEX at anchor at the Canyon on 55 ft of water, 2 shots out. It is a nice day today, Wind here at the south bay 8-10 kts N, Seas 1-2 ft coming from the SW. Clear and sunny sky today. Air temp 23C.
We arrived last night to San Benedicto, departed from Cabo Pearce after finishing the last dive. Ride from there wasn’t so bad, but there were some big 8-10 ft swells. When we arrived was Solmar V here. This morning Southern Sport arrived.
We have the first diving spot as Solmar is diving second. First dive was amazing, lot of sharks, Galapagos, silvertips, silkies, whitetips, school of hammerheads, and a tiger shark. There were also 4 mantas around, but the best of the dive was that a pod of dolphins arrived at the end on the dive and stayed for a while there. Everyone was so happy.
On second dive was the same but without dolphins. Water conditions are amazing, great viz, 40 mts, water temp 23C and no current. But on second dive there was something more to see, the diver from the southern sport.
But beside that our divers had a great dive. We are going to do two more dives and then will depart to Cabo San Lucas this evening.
