Good day everyone, NBA reporting from east side of Socorro Island “Cabo Pearce”.
We arrive at the Island today around 0600 hrs and made 1 dive at Punta Tosca but the dive conditions were terrible, crossed ascent and descent currents, poor visibility and a lot of swells, they could not enjoy the dive at all.
But it is what it is, there are not too much to do against the nature, so we headed up to the Navy Base for our navy inspection early and then we moved the boat to Cabo Pearce for the last two dives of the day.
There are a boat sharing the dive site with us “Solmar V” and we had a good second dive, manta interaction, some silver and white tips and a couple of hammerheads around, there is a consistent current from N to S but our DG knew how to handle their groups properly.
