Captain’s Noon Reports – Explorer – 2025-04-14

NEX at anchor at the Canyon on 115 ft of water, 2.5 shots out.  winds 8-10 kts NW, Seas 2-3 ft, Clear and sunny sky, air temp 23C, water temp 23C, light current from N to South, Viz 40mts.

Arrived last night to the Canyon just a few minutes behind Quino, Valentina was already here. This morning, we´re diving at the Canyon, currently in second dive.

First dive was amazing, the Canyon is very active, full of sharks, Silkies, Silvertips, Galapagos. Reef whitetips, a huge school of hammerheads and a tiger shark, 2 Mantas and some big tunas.

The visibility is amazing 40 mts, there is a light current coming from the north and nice temperature of 23C. Guests are enjoying it.

We will finish the day here and depart tonight to Cabo San Lucas.
