Hi everyone, Nautilus Belle Amie reporting from southside of San Benedicto Island, anchored at Fondeadero with 45 ft depth and 1.5 shots in the water of starboard side anchor.
We arrived on the island last night at 2300 hrs and spent the night at an anchor. The weather today is great in the dive site NW winds 8-10 kts, NW swell 2-4 ft height, clear sky with some whites around, air temperature 21ยฐC, and we have another boat with us โSolmar Vโ.
Our diving day started at 0800, the first 2 dives of the day were really good, during the check dive all guests had good performance and felt comfortable underwater, they saw a couple of dolphins around.
During the second dive they had some shark and manta interaction, white and silvertips, Galapagos and silkies, black and chevron mantas, the vis is around 15 mts and there are a light current from SW to NE, the water temperature is 23ยฐC.
We will spend the night here and make Boiler tomorrow, the guests are happy, and the crew is working as they should.
