Good day, NBA reports from southside of San Benedicto โEL Caรฑonโ with 50 ft depth and 2 shots in the water.
We arrived at the island last night at 2230 hrs and spent the rest of the night at anchor. Today the wind is around 15-20 NW kts, and 2-4 ft nw long swell, sunny day with some whites around, air temperature 21ยฐC.
There are 2 boats in the dive site beside us, Solmar & Rocio del Mar, we are sharing schedule with Solmar, so we alternate dive sites Caรฑon & Lava flow, that way we are able to do 4 dives today.
The first dive in Lava flow was with a lot of marine life but bad vis, around 3-5 mts, guests were not too happy but they understood thereโs nothing to do against the nature.
During the second dive at Caรฑon the vis was way better, around 20 mts, and they saw school of hammerhead, mantas, silkies, silver and black tips around, water temperature is 21ยฐC and there are no current.
The guests are doing well, no problems to report and crew is working hard. We will make the cheese & wine and the steak night after the dive ends and start our navigation back to CSL.
