NGL South of Cerralvo Island. partially cloudy sky, air temperature 73F.
Yesterday in the afternoon we had the luck to find orcas, but unfortunately they were very very shy, once we get closer to them they just submerged and disappeared, we had been looking for a good encounter like 3 hours until sunset and a little more, but they didn’t want to cooperate.
This morning, we start the RHIB adventure from Las Cruces, where a good school of mobulas appear suddenly, then we head up to La Renita. All the morning had a great weather condition and could saw a fin whale and two humpbacks, the fin whale was a little evasive and the two humpbacks were swimming at 6-8 kts more or less.
Right now, we are heading up to the east side of Cerralvo Island.
Plan for tomorrow is disembarking guests at 7:30 am at Cantamar.
