Captain’s Noon Reports – Explorer – 2025-06-22

NEX at anchor in Roca Partida on 254ft depth, 5 shots out. Gentle winds 3-5kts NE, Swell 2-3 ft, Sunny day, Air temp 23C, Water temp 23C, Current from NE, Vis 15-18mts.

Yesterday, the last 2 dives were very great with a 7 mantas blacks and chevron, and also with a great sunset. The Taco Night was a hit; everybody loves the dinner.

We arrived this morning and dropped anchor, it was a smooth sailing. they started the dive with small currents pushing from NE, Roca Partida.

Today is sharktastic day, we saw a lot of marine life close and very curious with the divers, plenty white tip sharks, Galapagos sharks, silver tip shark, a school of shy dolphins and a big chevron manta.

The divers are enjoying a lot this amazing dive site. Then we continue with the 2 dives more. Tonight, we will depart Punta Tosca after dinner.
