Captain’s Noon Reports – Under Sea – 2025-06-22

San Benedicto – anchored in 50Ft of water. There is no wind here, we have a long 4ft SE swell with a long period, air temperature and water are the same 74F, visibility is a bit low 40Ft we did LEATHER BASS ALLEY in first dive then THE CANYON on the second one, both nice dives.

First one had loads of fish, many lobsters a manta and a Galapagos shark, second dive the cleaning station was loaded with sharks including a big mama the 4 meters tiger shark some say it looks pregnant, silkies, silver tips and Galapagos share the cleaning then some saw a small squadron of hammerhead sharks, this dive had a manta but not all divers saw it.

There is a little current running to the west, on the surface we can see the dolphin on top of the dive site but as soon as we go in they vanish so we can only hope they show up.
