Captain’s Noon Reports – Belle Amie – 2025-06-25

We arrived at the island tonight at 0600 hrs and started the diving at 0700, there is NEX sharing the dive site with us, starting just after us. Cloudy day with light NW winds and some gauzes of 12-15 knots, calm seas, air temp. 22°C, water temp 21°C.

We did the check dive and our divers did it good, one of our divers just felt a little bit nervous about it but she’s fine, we offer her diving between dives and she told me she will go when she feels comfortable, Chris the group leader could equalized the first one, but now he is fine and diving.

The guests are happy with the dives, vis is around 20 mts and current from E to W. There are hammer heads, silkies, Galapagos, silver, black and white tips around the cleaning station, and some mantas as well, great diving day. After dinner we are moving to Boiler for our diving day tomorrow.
