Captain’s Noon Reports – Explorer – 2025-07-01

NEX at anchor in Punta Tosca on 135ft depth, 3 shots out. Winds 9-10kts NW, Swell 1-2 ft, Sunny day, Air temp 23C, Water temp 22C, Vis 10-15mts.

Yesterday, the last 2 dives were amazing how the marine life keeps there in every dive, the huge bonito shoal, giant tunas and white tips and silver tips sharks around, at any direction you could see them.

We departed from Roca Partida as soon as guests got the dinner. We arrived this morning and the conditions was great, so we proceed to do one dive in Rock Oneal, that was so beautiful. Then we proceed to Punta Tosca for two dives more.

The dives are going great little bit slow and easy, but three chevron mantas arrive in the safety stop so curious. One dive more is remining after that we are going to Navy inspection and then we proceed to take cover of the storm.
