Arrived this morning to Bahia de Los Angeles. Dropped anchor at 730 hrs. Pangas arrived at 9 am and we boarded guests on the pangas to go out and find some whale sharks. It didn’t past 10 mins when they found the whale sharks.
There were at least 2 whale sharks per panga. Mostly were juveniles, there was a big one only, they were like 8 of them. Also they found a group of mobulas which everyone got happy, whale sharks and mobulas.
Guests are having lunch right now, they will have a break and then go out for the second round of whale sharks. Most of the guests are super happy and some are happy to be here 2 days. We will offer dives tomorrow for those who don’t want to go for whale sharks.
Today We will go to a nice beach with drinks and snacks to watch sunset and have a good time. It is really hot and dry today as there is not to much wind and sun is hitting strong.
Tomorrow morning planning a morning dive in Punta Don Juan and then take them to find whale sharks.
Yesterday at San Pedro Martir, we had a third dive at El Arroyo which was very good, some sea lions, black coral, lot of reef fishes, better viz than in the morning and flat seas. Divers enjoyed, some wanted to go out for snorkel in some caves.
Then we had a hiking in San Pedro, a few guests decided to go, some others wanted to snorkel. They enjoyed the hike, but they found a lot, lots of dead birds in the island.
We finished the day with a night dive at El Corralito. Good day yesterday.
