NBA at anchor at San Francisquito Island Bay on 55 ft of water 1.5 shots out. Wind 5 kts NW, 1 ft seas, Clear sky, Air temp 32C. We just dropped anchor on San Francisquito Bay for tonight dive.
We arrived last night to La Lobera in San Francisquito and we did 2 dives this morning there, all guests enjoyed and liked the dives.
On first dive the water was super clear, 30+ mts, no current and water temp 27C. It was a nice dive, they were some playful sea lions, eels, a lot of different kind of reef fishes, stone fish, jaw fish, a big school of barracudas and one sea turtle. Everyone said that was a good dive.
On second dive was more of the same but with more active sea lions, swimming all around divers and a couple of groups found a sea horse, they were happy. On this dive viz dropped to 10-15 mts as there was a light-mid current from North.
After that lunch was ready for them and as soon as they finished lunch, they started with the afternoon lecture. We will do one night dive here.
Tomorrow we will be at la Reyna, guests will have lecture in the morning and we will dive in the afternoon, plus a night dive.
Half of guests are beginners on diving, and they breath very fast finishing the air quickly, the other half are good divers. In general, this is a nice group of people easy going. They liked yesterday´s dives in El Corralito and Fang Ming.
