Captain’s Noon Reports – Gallant Lady – 2025-10-28

NGL offshore Magdalena Bay, 9 nm south of Cabo Tosco, Margarita Island. The sky is clear, air temperature 28 C, wind NW 13 knots with 4 ft long period swells from the same direction.

This morning guests went out with local guides in search of bait balls and it didn’t take long to find them, at first small fast-moving balls and some stationary ones which are the guests’ favourites.

Then they found a mega bait ball with lots of striped marlin, sailfish, tuna and sea lions, staying for a long time with this bait ball. The guests are still using the bait balls now.

Today all guests and crew have no problems.
