Captain’s Noon Reports – Belle Amie – 2025-11-17

Good day everyone! NBA reporting from Roca Partida, at anchor with 4 shots in the water of starboard side anchor. 240 ft depth, 12 NM from the rock, no boats around but us.

We arrived at the island today around 0600hrs and we started our dives in the 0800 hrs schedule. Weather conditions, 12-15 KTS NW Winds and 4-6 ft height waves from the same direction, it’s a little tough to embark and disembark guests on the skiffs, but totally workable and good for the operation yet, following the right procedures all is going well.

Last 2 dives yesterday were great at El Cañon, the vis got a little bit better during the day, and the same marine life was there, so the divers came out happy.

Today our guests have enjoyed interacting with some whales and silver tips, a couple of mantas, schools of Skipjacks and some huge tunas around the rock, some guests could see a hammerhead hunting the bite balls, it was so excited, they said. The vis is around 70 mts, amazing! and light current from W to E,

After the 4th dive we are heading up to Punta Tosca for our dives and navy check tomorrow. The crew is working hard and the guests are getting lunch now.
