Captain’s Noon Reports – Gallant Lady – 2025-11-18

NGL offshore Bahia Magdalena, 12.2 nm from Cabo Tosco, south of Margarita Island. The sky is completely overcast, air temperature 22°C, north-westerly breeze of 5 knots and long-period swells of 4 ft from the same direction.

This morning dawned cold and cloudy. The bait ball search began early with the local guides. Eight guests went out, and four guests stayed on board because they requested to snorkel with sea lions.

Today they had very good encounters with static bait balls with marlins and sea lions. They did not want to return to the boat for lunch, so we had to take their food to the local guides’ pangas. Everyone was happy today.
