Good day everyone! NBA reporting from the southside of San Benedicto Island, at anchor in Fondeadero with 2 shots in the water on 45 ft depth.
We arrived at the island last night at 2300 hrs and spent a quiet night at anchor. Today we started our dives at 0800 hrs, there are 3 boats in the dive site Adventure, Quetzal, and us.
The first dive at Fondeadero went very well, all our divers had a good performance with their equipment, some of them struggled with their buoyancy but nothing we cannot fix supporting them.
Guests are good and happy with the 2 dives we have had so far. A couple of mantas were seen on the manta rock and the cleaning station is full of Galapagos, Silver, and white tips, some silkies and duskies as well.
Vis is around 15 mts and light current from W to E.
