Good day everyone! NBA reporting from the east side of Roca Partida, at anchor with 4.5 shots in the water, 240 ft depth.
We arrived at the rock today at 0700 hrs and started diving at 0900 hrs, there are 2 boats with us sharing the rock, NEX and Quino del Mar. The weather is great today, 2-4 ft waves NE, and 5-10 kts winds same direction, partly cloudy day 5/8, air temperature 27°C, we have a current pointing our stern towards the rock which is not very common.
The first dive of the day was amazing, our divers came out of the water celebrating and yelling about their great dive, they saw 2 whale sharks! And about 4 mantas around the rock, and white tips and silver tips, tunas and Bonita’s, vis is around 25 mts, water temperature 26°C.
Depending of the next 2 dives of the day we will see if we can stay here or leave to Socorro Island, meanwhile guests are so happy with the diving here.
During the night we will have our taco night, due to the good weather conditions we will have this evening, enjoying the view of the Rock during the night.
