This morning operations were conducted with fast pangas under calm and stable conditions, shortly after arrival to the area near Cabo Tosco we located a very large static sardine bait ball holding in place for an extended period.
The scene was highly active, with striper marlin, sea lions, dolphins and strong bird activity including frigates, boobies, pelicans feeding over the bait ball, continuous predation and coordinated hunting created an impressive and dynamic wildlife display around the pangas.
Despite focusing on a single bait ball, the amount of life present was exceptional and provided outstanding viewing opportunities for our guests.
Thank you all for sharing this adventure with us – your energy and smile made this journey unforgettable.
