Gallant Lady Calm seas wind 3-5 kt, clear skies, and excellent visibility 60f, today operations were conducted very close to the island, with the entire program focused on in-water activities.
We completed two dives and multiple snorkeling sessions, all carried out directly along the island’s shoreline, allowing easy access, extended bottom times, and relaxed entries and exits.
Diving and snorkeling conditions were outstanding. The area was full of young sea lions, extremely playful, curious, and highly interactive with both divers and snorkelers. These encounters significantly enhanced the experience, with constant movement and close interaction throughout all water sessions. Divers and snorkelers reported this as some of the best in-water activity of the trip with sea lions.
Guest feedback was extremely positive. Passengers were very happy and satisfied, highlighting the quality of the diving and snorkeling, the abundance of marine life, and the smooth coordination of all activities. There were no guest or service-related issues to report.
As today marked the final day of the expedition, it was an ideal way to conclude the voyage with great diving and snorkeling, a lot of marine life interaction, perfect weather, and very happy guests. A strong and positive end to a successful trip.
