Captain’s Noon Reports – Belle Amie – 2025-12-20

NBA at anchor at Roca Partida, on 250 ft of water 4 shots out. Weather, N winds, 10 kts, Seas 2-3 ft. Air temperature 26C, Water temp 25C.

We arrived this morning to Roca Partida just after NUS. We have done 2 morning dives which has been great. In both dives animal interaction has been good, 3-4 mantas and 1-2 mobulas, the local reef whitetip sharks, silkies and Galapagos sharks, lobsters and many reef fishes and schools of jacks.

There are still some sea lions hanging out around the rock. In the first dive we saw some dolphins that passed by. Water conditions are good, viz 20 mts and water temp 25C. There is med-strong current, in first dive it was from NW to SE, but in second dive it changed direction from N to S.

Guests are having a good day so far. We will do 2 more dives here and we will depart to the Boiler after dinner.
