Captain’s Noon Reports – Belle Amie – 2025-12-26

NBA at anchor at Roca Partida, on 250 ft of water 4 shots out. Weather, Clear sky, N wind 8-10 kts, 2-4 ft seas. Air temperature 26C, Water temp 25C.

We arrived this morning to Roca Partida, weather is nice, cool breeze but sun is strong. We have done 2 dives this morning and both of them have been great. There is a strong current from NE to SW,

On first dive was a little bit more from the North but now it is more defined from NE. But marine life interaction has been great, 6-8 Mantas, 2 black mantas, sharks everywhere, whitetip reef sharks, silvertips, silkies, Galapagos, school of skipjacks, bonitos, some huge yellowfin tunas and some barracudas.

Everyone is happy they´re having great dives. Viz is ok, on the west side viz is a little bit low, 12-15 mts, but on the east side is better 20-25 mts. We will do 2 more dives at Roca today.

Yesterday afternoon at the boiler we had great dives, mantas, hammerheads, Galapagos, silkies, the viz was good and a very light current from North. We ended the day with taco night at the sun deck.
