Captain’s Noon Reports – Explorer – 2025-12-31

NEX at anchor with 3 shots out depth 45 ft. in El Cañon, bad weather conditions, wind ESE 16-18 kts sea state SE 1-2 ft, air temp. 25 Celsius .and gust of 22-24 knots, cloudy day with lightly rain.

The first dive (check dive) It was done with great caution due to the movement of the ship, conditions into the water visibility 15-17 mtrs, temp. 26 Celsius.

Our guests saw one manta, lobster, skip jacks, cotton mouth and a lot of reef fish, The second dive was much better, same visibility 15-17 mtrs. Temp. 26 Celsius, our guests saw dolphins, school of hammerhead, Galapagos, white tips, silver tips, mantas very friendly.
