Captain’s Noon Reports – Explorer – 2026-01-02

NEX at anchor in Roca Partida, regular weather conditions, sunny day but some moments clouds appear, wind N 12-14 kts, air Temperature 25°C, sea state 2-3 ft. 

First dive was good, conditions into the water good visibility 28-30 mtrs, temp. 26 Celsius, we have East to West strong current but with good dive, our guest saw dolphins, one group saw a huge whale shark and everyone has seen mantas, white tips, silkies, yellow fin tunas, wahoos, lobster, school of jacks and many reef fish.

On the second dive was amazing same visibility 25-30 mtrs temp. 26 Celsius, all divers saw whale shark, mantas very friendly, silkies, white tips, Galapagos a lot of tunas yellow fin, wahoos, big school of jacks. only one group saw false killer whales underwater, the others saw them on the surface.

Yesterday we did last dive in El Boiler our guest saw mantas, hammerhead sharks, Galapagos, and many  reef fish.
