Captain’s Noon Reports – Explorer – 2026-01-03

NEX in Cabo Pearce at anchor with 3 shots out, inside the bay we have good weather conditions, but outside bad weather wind blowing from N 12-14 kts, sea state 3-4 ft. sunny day, air temp. 26 C. 

Our first dive was regular-good conditions into the water visibility 10-12 mtrs, temp. 26 Celsius, with a strong current from north to south, our guests saw some hammerhead passing by, some silkies, a lot of jacks and cotton mouth.

The second dive similar condition into the water visibility was regular- good 10 mtrs, temp 26 Celsius, strong current from north to south they saw four hammerhead, two mantas, one octopus, some lobsters and many reef fish,

Yesterday our last dive in Roca Partida our guests saw mantas, silver tips, white tips, reef fish there was good visibility.

Once we finish the fourth dive after dinner we will proceed to Punta Tosca. Tomorrow dive in Punta Tosca and the Old Man of the Rock also check in at navy base.
