Captain’s Noon Reports – Explorer – 2026-01-10

NEX in Punta Tosca at anchor with 3 shots out, we have good weather conditions, wind blowing from N 8-10 kts, sea state N 1-2 ft. cloudy day, with light rain, air temp. 25 C.  

Our first dive in Punta Tosca dive was good conditions into the water visibility 16-18 mtrs, temp. 25 Celsius, but with a strong current from S to N. 

Our guests saw one silkies, a lot of jacks and many reef fish, the second dive similar condition into the water visibility was good 16-18 mtrs, temp 25 Celsius, a little bit of current they saw hammerheads passing by, two mantas, silkies, and many reef fish. 

Yesterday our last dives in Cabo Pearce were incredible our guests left very excited to see very close whale shark they also saw mantas, some white tips a lot of reef fish. 

Once we finish our third dive we will go to the navy base for routine inspection and after dinner we’ll get started our navigation to Roca Partida.
