Captain’s Noon Reports – Under Sea – 2026-01-16

Underway to San Benedicto Island, weather cannot be better than this. Or maybe yes, light NW winds, very flat seas, skies with little whites and lots of blues.

This morning a pod of bottlenose dolphins came to race our bow waves, guests enjoyed the dolphins and they were cheering for them to keep up with the boat.

Air temperature is 78F.

We have an interesting mix of guests, they are from all over, we did the safety briefing, life jacket and EEBD drill already with them.

We have another 104Nm to go.

Guests and crew doing good
