Captain’s Noon Reports – Under Sea – 2026-02-14

Weather Sunny and cloudy sky 5/8.

N sustained wind 12-14 kts with gusts of 17 kts.
Calm at anchor in San Benedicto.

Starting the day with a very nice dive in San Benedicto Island, guests could saw mantas, dolphins, many sharks, including Galapagos, silky, silvertip and hammerhead sharks. Conditions; current to the SW, visibility 5 m, water temp 24°c.

Second dive was much better, with mantas and a huge school of hammerheads (about 20 to 30), strong current to the SW, visibility 15-18 m, water temp 25°c.

Yesterday on the 2 last dives, all guests that went to dive saw two Whale sharks, they have a pretty nice videos, it was amazing everyone were very excited. Tomorrow is sailing day back to Cabo.
