Captain’s Noon Reports – Explorer – 2026-02-21

Weather: regular weather conditions, wind NW 12-14 kts sea state 3-4 ft, air temp. 24 Celsius. cloudy day 

NEX at anchor with 3 shots out depth 105 ft. in El Boiler

The first dive was good conditions into the water visibility 14-16 mtrs, temp. 25 Celsius, no current, our guests saw dolphins all time, seven mantas (five chevron and two black) some hammerheads passing by, white tips, silver tips, big Galapagos, skips jacks, a lot of reef fish.

The second dive was good again visibility again 14-16 mtrs. Temp. 25 Celsius, our guests saw mantas very friendly, dolphins, white tips, hammerheads, silver tips, silkies, Galapagos, We’ve seen humpback whale jumping but not under the water.

Yesterday the last dives in Roca Partida continued to be very good, our guests saw mantas, dolphins, white tips, silver tips, a lot of reef fish.

Today after dinner, we will head to Cabo San Lucas.
