Nautilus Gallant Lady on the way to Danzante Island. Yesterday we greet our guest at 1700hs at Cantamar Marina, as they requested, and prior confirmation with Ana.
With guests onboard we did the welcome, safety and captain briefing, crew and guests introduced themselves and conducted a life-jacket drill. Guests enjoyed dinner onboard on the hook. At 2000hs we heaved anchor and headed to San Francisco Island.
Today’s morning at 0600hs we fired engines and started a beautiful day of whale watching, sunrise was fantastic. So far we have spotted mobulas, humpbacks and blue whales.
The highlight was a Blue moma with calf. We are getting close to Montserrat and Agua Verde Area which was reported by the spotter plane to have good whale activity today. We are planning to overnight at Luna de Miel, Danzante Island, and do whale watching at 0900hs.
