Captain’s Noon Reports – Explorer – 2026-02-26

Weather: good weather surface conditions, wind NW 4-6 kts sea state NW 1 ft, air temp. 24 Celsius. sunny day.

NEX at anchor with 3 shots out depth 105 ft. in El Boiler.

The first dive was good conditions into the water visibility 26-28 mtrs, temp. 25 Celsius, a little current from north to south, our guests saw eight mantas (six chevron and two black), dolphins, hammerhead, white tips, silver tips, Galapagos, skip jacks, a lot of reef fish and a lot of parrot fish.

The second dive was good again visibility again 28-30 mtrs. Temp. 25 Celsius, our guests saw mantas very friendly, mantas all time with our divers, dolphins, big school of white tips, hammerheads, silver tips, Galapagos.

Yesterday the last dives in El Cañon were good, visibility 10-12 mtrs. Temp 24 Celsius, our guests saw hammerhead shark school, two mantas, silver tips, white tips and lots of reef fish.

Today after dinner, we will head to Roca Partida.

Our guests are very happy.
