Captain’s Noon Reports – Under Sea – 2026-02-28

Weather: Sunny day, sky 5/8, calm seas on San Benedicto, Wind 5-8 kts W.

NUS at anchor at El Fondeadero, 38 ft depth and two shots in the water. Check out dive was good so far, guests saw some Galapagos sharks and some white tips sharks. Conditions were; water temp 24°C, Viz: 10 mts, light current to the E.

Second dive was much better than the first one, they could saw hammerheads, mantas, Galapagos, white tips and silver tips sharks. Conditions were; water temp 24°C, viz 10- 15 m, light current to the E.

Yesterday we have really good weather sailing to San Benedicto. Today we will do two more dives at El Cañon and after taco night we will start sailing to Roca Partida.
