Captain’s Noon Reports – Explorer – 2026-03-01

Weather: We have good weather wind blowing N 4-6 kts, sea state 1 ft. sunny day, air temp. 24 C.

The first dive was good, conditions into the water visibility 16-18 mtrs, temp. 25 Celsius, our guests saw one manta, one hammerhead, three white tips, one silver tips, jacks and a lot of reef fish, this morning we had a humpback whale close to us, but it moved away from the ship.

The second dive was good again, condition into the water visibility 18-20 mtrs, temp 25 Celsius, our guests saw two mantas very friendly, two hammerheads, one white tips, one octopus, jacks and many reef fish.

Yesterday our last dives in Roca Partida were good (good visibility 28-30 mtrs) our guests saw mantas, a lot of bonitos, tuna yellow fin, jacks, white tips silver tips. Once we finish our third dive, we will head to the navy base and then go to Cabo Pearce for our dives tomorrow.
