Weather: Sunny day, clear sky. Calm winds, sometimes not wind at all. Calm seas, long period swell 2-3 ft. Air temp 25C. Water temp 24C.
NBA at anchor in Cabo Pearce, Socorro Island on 110 ft of water 2 shots out. We arrived yesterday afternoon after complete the navy inspection which it was good.
Yesterday we did one dive in Punta Tosca, it was nice, they saw 1 manta, some single hammerheads and one sea turtle, besides reef fishes. There was a little current to the West.
Today at Cabo Pearce, dives have been good, first dive was great and second dive was low.
First dive there were hammerheads like 50, 2 mantas, many reef fish and dolphins, everyone was happy. Viz was like 15 mts and there was no current.
On second dive it was quieter, there was only one manta and reef fishes, one octopus but no more big animals, Current increased from North to south, but the dive was a bit better.
We will 2 more dives here and tonight we will departure to Roca Partida after dinner.
