NBA at anchor in the Boiler, San Benedicto Island on 115 ft of water 2 shots out. We arrived this morning to the Boiler from Roca Partida. When we arrived, we had a surprise that the Adventure was here already as they didn´t send their voyage plan. Quino was here already but from that one I knew they will be here.
We got the third spot so we only will be able to do 3 dives. But what dives we have had today, amazing to finish the trip.
First dive amazing, 5-6 mantas around, hammerheads, silkies, Galapagos and dolphins. Everyone was super happy, the conditions are great, no current, viz 15-18 mts. water temp. 24C.
But then second dive came everyone jumped in the water, and then, a whale shark, at the beginning not everyone saw it, as they were focused in a manta, but as soon as the guide got their attention everyone forgot about the manta and started to take pictures of the whale shark. It was like 10 mts long.
The guides say they were 3, 2 big ones and one small one. Also, there were 5-6 mantas as well and some single hammerheads. crazy dive. Everyone was hyped; everyone had the chance to see the whale sharks as they were circling the rock. Same water conditions as before.
Right now, we are going for the 3rd dive. There is one whale shark circling around the boat.
We will have cheese and wine and will finish with a steak night this evening. We will depart tonight after dinner.
Yesterday at Roca Partida last dive was incredible as there was a small whale shark around the Rock, plus mantas and sharks. The afternoon was amazing.
