Captain’s Noon Reports – Under Sea – 2026-03-08

Weather: Totally cloudy sky, NW wind 8- 10 kts, NW seas 3-5 ft long period, air temperature 24°C. 

NUS at anchor in El Boiler on 115 ft of depth with 2.5 shots out.

Check out dive was on El Fondeadero, it was a great first dive of the trip, they saw 2-3 mantas, some silver tip sharks and Galapagos sharks. conditions were; water temp 25°C, viz 10- 15 m, light current to the SE. Everyone was happy.

Second dive was at El Boiler, just an amazing dive here, they saw 6-7 mantas some hammerheads and Galapagos sharks, one group saw a tiger shark. Condition was; Water temp 24°C, viz 15- 18 m, current to the S.

Tomorrow’s plan is going to Roca Partida.
