We arrived last night to Cabo Pearce. We departed from the Canyon after finishing the last dive of the day.
Yesterday afternoon dives at the Canyon were good a lot of hammerheads and other sharks, silvertips Galapagos and silkies. The main attraction were the hammerheads. All the divers enjoyed it.
Then we departed from there to Cabo Pearce, we have a very nice and smooth crossing as seas were almost flat. This morning at Cabo Pearce, we have done 2 dives so far.
First dive was good, 2-3 Mantas in different times of the dive, there were also some reef white tips and many reef fishes. One of the groups saw a few dolphins almost at the end of the dive. There was a light current from South to north and viz is like 10-12 mts. Water temp 24C.
Second dive was kind of the same, at some point there were 3 mantas at the same time, chevron, and also there was a single black manta. No dolphins this time. The viz is the same and the current dropped but there is surge along the finger. We will do 2 more dives here and will have taco night tonight. We will move to Punta Tosca tonight after dinner.
