Right now at anchor at the Acuario, Socorro Island, on 80 ft of water 2 shots out. Today we were diving this morning at Punta Tosca, we arrived last night there after departing from Cabo Pearce.
The 2 morning dives looked like we were diving at San Idelfonso in sea of Cortez, the water viz was green, viz was like 2-3 mts. There were some lobsters, reef fishes, and some single sharks. Also, there was surge as there were some big swells coming in the bay from the SW.
The highlight there were the humpback whales swimming nearby and breaching, there were some dolphins with them. Second dive half of guests decided to skip it.
After finishing the second dive we moved from Punta Tosca to Acuario for this trip´s CONAMP exploratory dive site, Here the water look amazing blue and clear as soon as we passed the Old Man of The Rock ridge water got blue and clear.
We are currently in the 3rd dive and after here we will go to navy base for check in. After dinner we will depart to Roca Partida.
