Roca Partida. anchored in 245Ft of water. Clear skies, wind doing 6kts NW, long period 3Ft NW swell, air temperature is 76F, ocean today is 77F. visibility averages 75Ft, no current.
The dive have been very nice, mantas everywhere, two of the groups had the dolphins coming to play, the school of horse eyed jacks is scattered around and still they get huge balls of the fish gathering around the divers, some say the cotton mouth jacks are too deep for them to go and see them up close.
On the surface we keep seeing the humpback whales jumping and sometime just swimming, sometimes they come really close to the boats, the Explorer is next to us, the whales go between the two boats, between us and the rock, is like they know we are looking and they play with our feelings.
Good thing is one of the groups got to see one of the whales and calf they say they just passed by quickly and suddenly, the mum turn and came back, they could see her going to the surface for air and the baby followed.
Everyone else is crossing fingers really tight and hoping to see them.
Guests and crew doing great.
