Captain’s Noon Reports – Belle Amie – 2026-03-29

Great weather today at the rock, partly cloudy sky 3/8, light NW 4-8 kts winds and flat seas. Air temperature is around 24°C and weather temperature es 25°C. The vis in the dive site is about 60 ft not the usual great vis at Roca but the diving is really great full of life.

Good day everyone! NBA reporting at anchor in the east side of Roca Partida, with 4.5 shots in the water starboard side anchor, with 225 ft depth.

We arrived at the Rock this morning around 0600 hrs and we started our dive operation at 0800 hrs, we are sharing the dive site with NEX, who’s diving before us.

During the first 2 dives of the day our guests enjoyed a great time with playful dolphins, curious Mantas, dozens of white tips, some silver tips, lots of reef fish and A HUGE WHALE SHARK! The cherry in the cake! All our divers are so happy today, especially because of the gentle giant who is not shy at all and gets too close to everyone.

We will see how the next 2 dives are going to see if we stay for another day or move straight ahead to Socorro Island.

The crew is doing a great job on deck and diving, all good. Our guests are happy and chilling between dives.  The group of yesterday are following our safety instructions properly and happy with the dives.
