Weather: anchored in 50ft of water, clear skies for the most part, NW winds running 10kts, flat seas at anchor, air temperature is 78F.
We are doing our very first day of diving this week, we started from the dive platform all divers went in ocean was refreshing and off they went, with the first group and while doing their weights check, two dolphins kept circling the divers and the boat.
Funny thing is divers never saw them underwater despite the fact that the dolphins were just feet away, anyways they came up happy some saying is the best warm up dive of their life, they saw mantas, hammerheads, white tips, tons of fish and of course the schooling leather bass that give the place its name.
Second dive was even better, more mantas, more hammers and they were really close this time, silver tips and Galapagos, they dove the Canyon and everything was coming up close, the say visibility is low in the first 60ft there is this milky layer but under it visibility is much better probably reaching 70ft.
No current easy dive lots to see, water temperature is 76F.
Guests and crew doing well.
