Captain’s Noon Reports – Belle Amie – 2026-04-05

Weather conditions today are good for the Boiler, with 4-6 ft height W waves and 5-8 kts NW winds, sunny day with some whites around, air temperature is 25°C and water temperature 26°C. Vis in the dive site is around 20 mts and there is a light N to S current.

NBA at anchor with 3 shots in the water from portside anchor, 120 ft depth.

We arrived at the island last night after our guests had dinner, they had a delicious taco night under the stars, the last 2 dives of the day were good but the vis didn’t help that much, in spite of it our guests were happy and drinking during the night.

Today we started our dive operation at 0800 hrs and there is “Quetzal” sharing the dive site with us.

The first 2 dives of the day were good, vis is way better in this side of the island and there are some playful mantas around the rock and lots of white tips and some Galapagos, hammerheads as well, and lots of reef fish.

We will head up to Roca Partida tonight after dinner for our dive day tomorrow.

We have no problems with guests.
