Captain’s Noon Reports – Under Sea – 2026-04-05

Weather: anchor resting in 120ft, we are diving Punta Tosca. A bit of a windy day, wind at 10kts NW, air temperature is 81F, wave action is huge, we have a SW swell that at times reaches 12ft with a long long period, the surge keeps the visibility down averaging 50ft, clear skies.

The dives have been good, guests had seen mantas, couple of hammers, Galapagos sharks tons of white tip sharks, a turtle, on the surface the humpback whales have us on the edge of the seat, they come and go inside the bay, sometime close then far, is like they know we are looking, hoping and wishing they get closer and hopefully they make it to the dive site.

It is a beautiful day outside. Guests happy.

Guests and crew doing fantastic.
