Captain’s Noon Reports – Under Sea – 2026-04-15

Weather: Anchor sitting in 50ft of water, dropped three shots of chain to make sure we stayed put, the wind today is running at 14kts NW seas are mostly calm in this sheltered side of San Benedicto THE CANYON, wind gusting 16 to 18 kts at times, cloudy skies. Today ocean is 78F, air is 82F, light current running west, visibility averaging 80Ft. they say below 70Ft there is a thermos of cool murky water. 

The dives have been amazing, the Menu today includes loads of dolphins (first and second dive), mantas, schooling hammerhead sharks, the cleaning station is full of Galapagos, silkies and around it the reef white tips sharks, the horse eyed jacked gathering in huge schools, on the bottom couple of rays, reef is full of life today.

Nicholas today got to see and interact with dolphins them. Its special as it is his birthday. Last night we celebrated Lili´s birthday with a surprise cake, she was happy and emotional.
