Weather: Sunny day with some whites around, sustained 15-20 kts winds from NW and 1-3 ft waves from the same direction, air temperature 25°C, water temperature 24°C. There is a light current from E to W at the dive site and the visibility is getting better each dive, now is around 15-2 mts.
Good day everyone! NBA reporting from the south side of San Benedicto Island, with 2 shots in the water over 50 ft depth, no boats around, the dive site is for us.
We arrived at the island last night around 2300 hrs, and spent a nice night at anchor, today we started at 0800 hrs, we have done 2 dives so far, and our guests are happy with the diving.
During the first dive the dolphins came around to say hi to some of our guests, but they didn’t stay for so long, the mantas are around the whole dive site, and there are Silkies, Galapagos, white tips and silver tips, some hammerheads, and black tips around the cleaning station.
After our 4th dive, we will have our cheese & wine and the steak night plus our trivia time, we will have some fun with our guests. The guests are happy and chilling around the boat.
