Captain’s Noon Reports – Explorer – 2026-04-18

Weather: Good-regular weather conditions inside the bay, wind WNW 12-14 kts sea state W 1 ft, air temp. 23 Celsius, cloudy day (clouds 6/8 St and CiSt), There is a lot of ash in the air.  

NEX at anchor with 2 shots out depth 48 ft. in El Cañon

The first dive (check dive) was good, conditions into the water visibility 20-22 mtrs, temp. 27 Celsius.

Our guests saw, some dolphins just passing by, mantas, silver tips, some hammerheads, The second dive was good but regular visibility 8-10 mtrs. Temp. 27 our guests saw small school of hammerheads, white tips, silver tips, Galapagos, mantas.

Our guests are a group most are first time in Revillagigedo and with a good attitude.
