Wow! Had a fantastic first day. The great whites are amazing, such an experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better day. The staff aboard the Nautilus are so fantastic. Someone is always asking if you are okay or if you need a drink. My Dad especially loves the homemade cookies. We can’t wait for day 2.
Wow what a day!!!! I was up at 5am wired and ready to go. Pitch black and not a soul in site so I made my way up to the top deck to enjoy the clear sky and millions of stars. Absolutely stunning. Dressed and ready to go at 6:30am, about 8 of us hopped in the water. Visibility was about 60ft which allowed for BIG surprises when the sharks decided to swim by and check us out. We would stare into the endless blue and all of a sudden the subtle shade of grey would slowly emerge and become clear.. SHARK!! Whoever was the first to notice would turn and tap hard on the others’ arms in the cages so we could all enjoy it together. We were all franticly swimming around the cages trying to get great photos and just stare in awe at the amazing and huge creatures. Supposedly this was a slow day so I can’t WAIT to see what the next 2 days have in store. Once in a lifetime opportunity and well worth it!! -Elishama Spicer :o)

No one on their deathbed says “I wish I would have spent more time in the office” Amazing boat, crew, food, and after speaking with others who have dove in South Africa, the Shark diving is unbelievable – an experience of a lifetime. Thank you Nautilus. Kevin Shackelford
